HORECA AMO course
Training measures HORECA for Ukrainian displaced persons is a national collaborative project between Briga and NAV.
HORECA is an industry term for companies in the hotel, restaurant and catering industry.
The target group is Ukrainian refugees who want to work in the HORECA industry.
About the course
The course consists of two parts.
Part one is conducted digitally at the national level and consists of 16 teaching days (8 weeks) in industry training, industry language and work life skills/job search. The training is delivered in two languages, Ukrainian and Norwegian, and is adapted for participants with limited language skills.
Part two is reserved for participants from Oslo and consists of mapping and 10 weeks of work practice with linguistic adaptation in HORECA companies.

If you are a Ukrainian refugee and would like to participate in the course, talk to your NAV supervisor or program advisor in the Introduction Program.
If you are a manager in a HORECA company and can accept a Ukrainian refugee for work experience, please feel free to talk to Tatjana.
Course start:
The next course starts on Wednesday, January 15, 2025. Confirmation of course place will be sent via SMS on January 10, 2025.
